Finally after a few days of break from blogging, I'm back! Sorry for the delay! I hope everyone's week was as good as mine! As some of you know, I had a very magical trip at Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL.
I had to make a few changes to my outfit and accessories selections throughout the trip because of various reasons. This is exactly why, as I stated in my previous post, I like having tops and bottoms that can be interchangeable to match one another. I'll share with you my story in my blog post series.
Day one of the trip, we had an overnight flight to Orlando. Our original plan was to change at the airport and head straight to the park. We were told that the resort is able to send our luggage straight to our hotel room. What we didn't realize was that we didn't have our FastPass bands yet! We had to make a trip to the hotel reception to pick them up before going to the park. The extra time spent meaning no changing for us! We made sure we were dressed comfortably anyways. Planned outfit #1 down the drain. Flight outfit all the way it is!
A cotton tee and loose shorts is your best essential going on long travelling time. They are easy to move around in and keeps you comfortable all day. I chose a top with Disney Tsum Tsum prints to get into the spirit. Because of the busy prints, I made it a combo with a pair of more simple, solid-colored shorts to tone it down.
Not only when it suddenly rains and the night falls, it did also felt a little chilly going in and out of buildings where AC was blasting. I was glad I had my denim shirt with me as a little "jacket". When I wasn't wearing it, I had it wrapped around my waist to add depth and detail to my outfit.
I planned to wear my runners for the entire trip. Since we didn't get the chance to change, I kept my sandals on. My feet did got a little swollen at the end of the day from all the walking. Though with my sandals a bit loose to begin with, it turned out okay.
I didn't bother with accessories this day as we didn't get a chance to go into our luggage. The FastPass band was a cute touch to my outfit though!
Hollywood Studios was the first park we hit in Walt Disney World. As the name suggests, the park's theme is Hollywood. There were many backlot tours and rides based on movies. The show-based attractions were some of my favorites on the entire trip. TheTrooper march on the street was so cute to watch! I can't wait to go again when they are done with the construction for the Star Wars land!

I agre, I'm all about comfort when it comes to travelling, especially on an airplane. I wore joggers, runners a tee and denim jacket on my last flight. I can see that a tee and shorts would be a good option too but I always get cold on the plane =P. I can't wait to see and hear more about Disneyland!
